WHAT: The Interstate 80 Viaduct bridges that cross the Moshannon Creek in Cooper Township, Clearfield County will be renamed the Richard B. Whitehead Memorial Bridges. Whitehead, who served his country as a member of the United States Air Force, died July 29, 1966, at the age of 36 due to an accident that occurred during bridge construction.
